At Blue Jasmine Studios I create all my products with love and care.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me and we will work together to make it right.

Custom Items - Policies

All custom items are made to order and are not returnable.

Once a custom order is placed, you will be contacted to confirm the details you chose (such as spelling of names, colors desired, etc). Payment is due at this time.

Work on the custom item begins after your confirmation. Any changes after this confirmation may not be possible.

Your custom items will be completed and in your hands as quickly as possible, usually within four to six weeks of order confirmation.

Non-Custom Items - Returns

Non-Custom items must be returned within 15 days of reciept. Please contact me to arrange shipping.


Items are shipped promptly and all are insured. You will recieve tracking information on your package as soon as it is shipped.  Shipping charges are calculated based on the size of the item, typically in flat rate USPS boxes. Any differences in rates or shipping will be communicated directly with you, the customer, via your preferred contact method.

Your Information

All of your contact and shipping information remains private and is not shared with anyone.


Rights to Photographs
All images provided in digital format are yours to use in print, digital format, or any other medium and may be modified as you choose. Photographer retains rights to use and/or modify photographs for promotional purposes.

About Retouched Images
The high-resolution files shown to client when choosing prints/digital products are considered final images and already include basic retouching, such as color and white balance corrections, and black and white or sepia conversion. Any additional retouching/ editing is charged at $85/hour.
